As a Business Analyst, you will be critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will analyze complex business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. Your ability to work independently, coupled with you strong analytical skills, will be essential in driving successful outcomes. **Seniority Level**: Mid Level **Responsibilities**: - ** Business Process Analysis**: Analyze complex business processes to identify areas for improvement, optimize workflows, and enhance efficiency across departments.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and deliverables.
- ** Solution Design**: Translate business needs into technical solutions by collaborating with development teams to ensure alignment with requirements and objectives.
- ** Data Analysis & Reporting**: Use data analytics to assess business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- ** Project Management Support**: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met and issues are addressed promptly.

with a focus on delivering process improvements and effective solutions.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting complex data and making data-driven recommendations.
- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- ** Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and business analysis tools like JIRA or Trello.
- ** Webflow Experience**: Proven hands-on experience using Webflow to build and manage websites, collaborating closely with design and development teams. Skilled in leveraging its capabilities, working within its limitations, and aligning Webflow projects with broader digital and business goals.
- ** SEO Understanding**: Experience working with SEO-related data and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush), with an understanding of how technical and content-related SEO impacts business outcomes.
- ** Interpersonal Skills**: Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business leaders.
