p hlpy, born in 2020, is roadside assistance company founded by visionaries who saw a gap in the market and redefined the industry with a cutting-edge digital solution. p What started as a bold idea in Italy quickly expanded to France and Spain, and Germany! /pp As we continue to scale globally, our ambition and market demand propel us toward becoming a major force in the sector. /pp Are you ready to be part of this journey? /pp Mission /pp We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our backend engineering team and help design, build, and scale high-performance software solutions. /pp You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our products, contributing to architectural decisions, and mentoring junior developers while remaining hands-on in coding and problem-solving. /pp Key Responsibilities /pulli Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure Python applications and APIs. /lili Contribute to the architecture and technical design of complex backend systems. /lili Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and other engineers to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions. /lili Implement and maintain unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure reliability. /lili Optimize code and systems for performance and scalability. /lili Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. /lili Contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines. /lili Support and mentor junior developers within the team. /li /ulp Technical Requirements /pulli Strong experience with Python 3.x and one or more major frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask). /lili Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns. /lili Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. /lili Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases (e.g.,
