pSalesforce Business Analyst (Contract) /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongItaly | Fully Remote | Contract Role /strong /ppbr / /ppShape the Future of Salesforce Delivery in a High-Impact Business Ro /ppleWe are partnering with a leading organisation seeking an experiencestrongd Salesforce Business Analy /strongst to join a strategic Salesforce transformation programme on stronga fully remote contract basis (Italy) /strong.This is an excellent opportunity for a BA who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, translating requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, and playing a key role across the full delivery lifecycle within a high-impact environment. /ppYou will be part of a collaborative delivery team supporting critical Salesforce initiatives across the business. /ppbr / /ppKey Responsibilities: /ppbr / /ppAct as the key liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce delivery teams /ppLead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews /ppAnalyse and document business processes, pain points, and future-state Salesforce solutions /ppTranslate business needs into detailed user stories, functional requirements,
and acceptance criteria /ppSupport end-to-end delivery across Salesforce programmes, from discovery through to UAT and go-live /ppCollaborate closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure alignment between business and technical solutions /ppSupport user adoption, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives /ppbr / /ppWhat We’re Looking For /ppProven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in enterprise or multi-country environments /ppStrong knowledge of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) /ppExperience working in Agile delivery environments (Scrum / SAFe)Strong stakeholder management and communication skills /ppComfortable working fully remote (based in Italy) /ppFluent in Italian; English is a plus /ppbr / /ppWhat’s on Offer /ppFully remote contract role (Italy-based) /ppCompetitive daily rate /ppHigh-visibility role within a strategic Salesforce programme /ppOpportunity to work on complex, enterprise-level Salesforce initiatives /ppImmediate start available /p
