This includes a no-code Agentic AI Builder that empowers business users to create autonomous agents without writing a single line of code, and an Agent Governance Platform designed to deploy, monitor, and secure agents at scale across the enterprise. /ppbr / /ppstrongTHE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES /strong /ppAs a strongField Delivery Engineer/Forward Deployed Engineer, /strong you will translate HCL Software#39;s Agentic Platform into customized, production-ready solutions for enterprise clients — building integrations, resolving complex issues, and training client teams to maximise ROI on their software investments. /pulliTranslate HCL Software products into production-ready, client-tailored solutions that fit existing enterprise infrastructure. /liliBuild APIs, automation scripts, and custom data pipelines to integrate HCL solutions seamlessly into legacy and modern systems.



/liliProvide on-site or remote diagnostic support — resolve edge cases and debug production issues under tight, client-driven deadlines. /liliLead technical discovery workshops, act as a subject matter expert, and train client teams to maximize adoption and ROI. /liliProactively document solutions, configurations, and known issues to build shared knowledge across the delivery community. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongREQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS /strong /ppstrongMust-Have /strong /pulli7+ years of experience in software solutions, technical architecture, or IT consulting. /liliBE/BTech (or above) in Computer Science or a related field. /liliProficiency in Python and/or Java for building integrations and automation scripts. /liliStrong command of REST and GraphQL APIs, OAuth/JWT authentication, and frontend/backend fundamentals. /liliExperience with advanced database management — including Vector and NoSQL databases. /liliFamiliarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines. /liliCloud platform experience on at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP. /lilistrongStrong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills. /strong /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongNice-to-Have /strong /pulliHands-on experience with HCL Software products or comparable enterprise software platforms. /liliBackground in strongAI/ML integration /strong, LLM deployment, or Autonomous Agent implementations. /liliExperience with legacy system modernisation and enterprise middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar). /liliFamiliarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR). /liliExperience delivering technical training or enablement programmes. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongemCandidate Data Privacy Notice /em /strong /p
