ppWe are looking for a bProject Manager /b to join an important Project located in bMadrid /b in bHíbrido /b job modality. /p h3What are we looking for? /h3 ul libA /bt least 6 years of experience. /li liAvailability to relocate to Madrid. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul libBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Aerospace, Computer Engineering, or closely related field. /b /li liFormal training in bcryptography /b / cybersecurity (e.g., university coursework or industry training). /li libProven leadership as Project Lead /b / Program Manager / Chief Engineer / Product Owner in multi‑disciplinary environments. /li liSystems engineering lifecycle training (requirements, VV, configuration and change management). /li libHands‑on delivery involving key management /b, HSM/secure elements, HW/SW crypto integration, or FPGA/SoC‑based security functions. /li libExperience with space systems /b (LEO/MEO/GEO), ground segment, or protected tactical communications is a strong plus. /li liVV Qualification: test planning and execution (functional, performance, robustness, environmental where applicable), DO‑254‑style rigor for hardware assurance (mindset and process discipline). /li libCrypto Modules Assurance: /b FIPS 140‑3 concepts, secure enclaves/HSMs, anti‑tamper principles; TEMPEST/EMSEC exposure desirable. /li /ul h3What will your responsibilities be? /h3 ul libLead end‑to‑end delivery of crypto‑space projects /b, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met.
