**SODECIA**is currently hiring a **Controller** who will report to the CFO as part of our team in Chivasso.
- **How you will contribute**:_
- Assure a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.
- Guides financial decisions and protects assets by establishing, monitoring and enforcing internal policies and procedures.
- Monitors and confirms BU financial condition by conducting audits, providing information to external auditors.
- Provide payback analysis on maximizing return, and limiting risks.
- Prepares budgets and forecasts by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing and consolidating financial data recommending plans.
- Achieves budget and forecast objectives identifying and analyzing gaps, implementing corrective actions plan, supporting and involving all functions.
- Prepare weekly reports and forecast.
- Support all activities required by the General Competitiveness Plan.
- Comply with local and international requirements, enforcing adherence to those requirements, advising management on needed actions.
- **Who you are**:_
- High level of organizations data skills.
- Detail oriented and systematic.
- Able to set deadlines and follow up closely.
- Able to work with a high level of accuracy, with strict deadlines.
- Min. 5y experience in the role, mainly Automotive.
- **Qualifications**:_
- English (In case of not being native language).
- Domain of MS Office tools and ERP.
- University degree in Management, Economy, Accounting, Finance or similar.
