including Microsoft-focused MSPs and System Integrators Drive partner growth through joint business planning, enablement initiatives and co‑selling activities Identify new revenue opportunities within existing partner accounts and support partners throughout the sales cycle Deliver product training, sales enablement and ongoing support to maximise partner success Work closely with internal sales, marketing and technical teams to execute joint go-to-market strategies Build strong executive‑level relationships within partner organisations while maintaining accurate partner plans and forecasts /p /brpAbout you: 4+ years' experience in Partner Account Management, Channel Sales or Alliance Management within B2B SaaS or enterprise software Fluent in both Italian and English Experience managing Microsoft partners, MSPs or System Integrators Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 and the wider partner landscape Proven track record of growing partner revenue through enablement, relationship management and joint sales initiatives Commercially minded with excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills Comfortable collaborating across sales, technical and marketing teams to deliver partner success Self‑motivated, organised and passionate about building long-term strategic partnerships /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
