We focus on enabling the evolution of payments and financial processes through various platforms and solutions, such as digital payments, real-time liquidity management, and financial networks connectivity, supporting our clients in navigating the complexities of the financial world and to enhance their operational efficiency. /p pWe are looking for an expert Functional Analyst willing to evolve in a Technical Sales Representative role, to join the Capital Markets Solutions Business Unit , which supports the qualification and sale process of its solutions and platforms dedicated to the following: /p ul liTrading: order management, smart routing, algorithmic execution, transparency /li liFinancial Back Office: administration of financial instruments, derivatives, asset management, funds, settlement /li liMarket Compliance: regulatory reporting (EMIR, MiFID, SFTR), market abuse management, insider list management /li /ul pThe position reports to the Chief of Technical Support, within the Capital Markets BU and works with the Sales Department to identify and implement the best business development strategies on the firm's accounts. He leverages a deep knowledge of BU solutions and the functional domain of capital markets and finance, the ability to investigate customer and target needs and the development of a personalized value proposition.



/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor and analyse capital markets trends /li liIdentify target clients and market segments for business development initiatives /li liConduct competitor analysis to assess positioning and monitor market dynamics /li liGather business requirements and conduct feasibility studies /li liDesign and propose tailored solutions to clients, preparing functional analysis documents with detailed specifications /li liPerform gap analysis against international standards, assess new features, and prepare detailed documentation /li liElaborate the value proposition for the customer or target /li liInteract within the pre-sales team in producing presentations and functional proposals /li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 ul li5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in areas covered by TAS solutions /li liProven background in Pre-Sales, Business Development, and Business and Functional Analysis /li liSolid knowledge and hands-on experience in: /li ul liBack Office Securities and Derivatives /li liRegulatory frameworks (MiFID, EMIR)
