Preparation of detailed budget, forecasts and actual report.
- Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc)
- Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts both for revenues and costs
- Track and provide cause of changes narrative for financials variance (actual vs plan, plan vs forecast ect)
- Analyzing actuals and propose for accounting adjustment when needed
- Collection society content report audit
- Local Original production Company audit
