**Sell first** - Hit the streets to understand the market, pitch SumUp's POS & card readers, and close deals **Build a freelance sales force** - Recruit & lead 10 - 15 self-employed commission based Field Sales Reps **Scale fast** - Expand across multiple cities & regions, not just one territory **Coach & lead** - Drive team performance, activity,
and conversion rates **Act like a founder** - Be the local expert and partner cross-functionally with HQ ***What we're looking for**:
✔ A proven field sales closer
✔ Experience recruiting & leading freelance or commission-based sales teams
✔ Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and ready to hustle
✔ Strong understanding of SME needs and local markets
✔ Motivated by targets & performance
