pIn this role you drive the expansion of the da Vinci installed base within IDNs by diagnosing needs, training users, and delivering sales and marketing plans. You will foster champions across surgeons, executives, and stakeholders to grow clinical and capital business. You’ll work across clinical, finance, and leadership levels to enable adoption, improve patient outcomes, and expand access. This position offers opportunities to shape regional and national strategies in a mission-driven, globally impactful company. /pulliDiagnose needs and execute plans to sell the system within target accounts with Sales Directors /liliDevelop and sell advanced clinical pathways to enable surgeon adoption and improve outcomes /liliManage pricing, programs,



and capital initiatives with customers /liliOversee local/regional academic training for residents in targeted IDNs with cross-functional teams /liliCollaborate with market access and government affairs to expand access of da Vinci technology /liliConduct clinical and economic value analyses with surgeons and hospitals /liliCreate and execute regional commercial strategy at local and country levels /liliDevelop market-wide strategies for multiple specialties /liliDeliver executive presentations at local and corporate levels /liliTeach all aspects of the clinical and capital sales process /liliNegotiate local and group sales /liliLead development and execution of local, regional, and national sales campaigns /liliBuild and expand relationships with key surgeons and customers /liliPlan weekly and quarterly sales activities aligned to goals /liliClose collaboration with training, clinical, and marketing teams /liliKnowledge of major regional and national healthcare groups /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /liliClinical and capital medical equipment sales experience /liliExperience selling new technologies and in sales management /li /ulIn this role you drive the expansion of the da Vinci installed base within IDNs by diagnosing needs, training users, and delivering sales an… #J-18808-Ljbffr
