Position

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Planning Associate to join our Supply Planning Team at Fendi's headquarters in Rome. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient management of both our seasonal and timeless collections, contributing directly to our delivery objectives and overall business success.

Job Responsibilities

- Seasonal Collection Management:
- Monitor production deliveries post-launch to ensure adherence to the delivery plan.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to minimize retail and wholesale order cancellations.

- Timeless Collection Management:

- Support coordination and planning production activities for reorders across all product categories.
- Align demand planning reorder deliveries with the production planning team to guarantee balanced production capacity.
- Collaborate overseeing the execution of the production plan, resolving potential issues and proposing alternative schedules to meet deadlines.

- Collaborative Planning & Monitoring:

- Collaborate closely with the production planning team to develop delivery plans that meet business needs while optimizing capacity.
- Conduct weekly monitoring of deliveries to the central warehouse, promptly communicating any potential delays or issues.




- Work with Production Planners to analyse plan implementation, provide production forecast visibility, and drive priority setting and follow-up actions.

- Performance & Project Development:

- Develop and implement new Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and report on supply chain efficiency.
- Contribute to project development initiatives for both seasonal and timeless collections.

Profile

- 1-3 year of experience in Production, Supply Chain, or Planning roles.
- Experience within the Luxury/Fashion Industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrated Power BI Developer skills.
- Fluent in both English and Italian.
- Proven expertise in data analysis, and strong numerical aptitude combined with Business
- Proactive, flexible, results-driven, and highly organized with a strong commitment to meeting company deadlines.
