Join us as we continue to grow to support our mission in the relentless pursuit of customer excellence. /pp About the Role /pp UE Systems is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support the deployment, training, adoption, and ongoing success of UE Systems ultrasound and condition-based monitoring technologies within a major strategic global customer account. /pp This remote position is based in Italy and requires regular travel (approximately 70–75%) to customer sites throughout the country, with occasional international travel as needed. /pp In this role, you will work directly with maintenance, reliability, operations, and engineering teams to support implementation, training, coaching, audits, troubleshooting, and the long-term adoption of UE Systems solutions. Through onsite support, technical expertise, and trusted partnerships, you will help customers embed ultrasound technology into daily reliability, maintenance, and lubrication practices. /pp The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically capable, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote, field-based role. They are confident leading customer training sessions and technical discussions, possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. They enjoy working onsite with customers, building trusted relationships with maintenance, reliability, operations, and engineering teams, understanding operational challenges,

We put our existing customers before revenue and do not use sale performance as a metric. /pp Your Impact /pulli Support implementation of UE Systems technologies across customer sites in Italy. /lili Deliver onsite training, coaching, and technical support to maintenance reliability, and operations teams. /lili Conduct site assessments, program audits, and follow-up visits to support adoption and customer success. /lili Help customers apply ultrasound technology for predictive maintenance, reliability improvement, and condition-based lubrication. /lili Troubleshoot technical and application issues related to UE Systems products and software. /lili Build strong relationships with site-level teams, regional stakeholders, and internal UE Systems colleagues. /lili Provide feedback, reporting, and practical recommendations to improve customer adoption, program maturity, and overall reliability performance. /lili Work closely with internal UE Systems teams, including Global Accounts, Technical Support, Customer Success,



and Sales, to ensure an exceptional customer experience. /lili Manage travel schedules, customer priorities, and administrative responsibilities while working independently in a remote field-based role. /lili Document customer activities, recommendations, and follow-up actions using company CRM. /li /ulp Your Experience /pulli3+ years experience in reliability, maintenance, technical field service, or a similar technical customer-facing role. /lili Hands-on experience working with rotating equipment, industrial machinery, or manufacturing processes. /lili Experience delivering technical support, training, or consulting directly at customer sites. /lili Experience delivering technical presentations, workshops, or training sessions to customer groups. /lili Experience supporting enterprise or multi-site customer accounts. /lili Experience using a CRM system (HubSpot preferred) to document customer interactions, manage activities, and maintain accurate customer records. /lili Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout Italy. /lili Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. /lili Fluent in Italian. /lili Professional proficiency in written and verbal English communication skills. /li /ulp Nice to Have /pulli Experience using ultrasound inspection technologies or other predictive maintenance tools. /lili Degree or technical qualification in engineering, industrial technology, maintenance, or a related discipline. /lili Industry certifications related to reliability or predictive maintenance (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication, reliability engineering). /lili Experience working in an international or multicultural business environment. /li /ulp Why Join Us? /pp We are in the process of radically transforming our business in a way that will redefine our company and our place in the market, making this one of the most exciting times in UE Systems history.
