We are currently seeking an experienced Order Management Coordinator for our office in Cusago, Milano. This role involves efficiently managing the end-to-end order process from the moment Sales initiates an order to successful invoicing. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and work closely with various departments within Thermon, including Sales, Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Engineering. We are looking for someone with a technical background and/or an interest in learning about our products to ensure we always provide suitable solutions. **Responsibilities**: - Efficiently manage the end-to-end order process from Sales initiation to successful invoicing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and collaborate closely with various departments within Thermon, including Sales, Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Engineering
- Ensure effective communication with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and timely updates
- Work with the logistics department to ensure timely and accurate shipment of products
- Participate in ad-hoc projects to contribute to the overall success of the team and organization **Your Skills**: - Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle time pressure while maintaining a 'helicopter view'
- Interest in gaining basic knowledge about our products, with support provided by the company
- Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to take responsibility for projects and sales orders
- Familiarity with administrative tasks and experience with ERP systems
