**Heptadome Initiative** Our company specializes in the production, sale, and assembly of premium log and timber frame houses. As we expand across Europe, we are seeking dedicated independent contractors to join our team. **Role of an Independent Contractor**: - Promote and sell our log and timber frame houses
- Finalize sales agreements
- Guide potential customers through the entire purchasing process
- Assist clients in navigating bureaucratic requirements **What We Offer**: - Full autonomy in how you connect with and manage clients
- Competitive compensation: €2,000 flat fee per closed deal plus 4% of the total deal value (excluding VAT)
- No deadlines, quotas, or binding obligations **Requirements**: - Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory
