This role sits on our Brands Operations team which focuses on procuring brand name product on SHEIN platform. /ppstrongJob Responsibilities /strong /ppstrongSupplier Development and Management /strong /pp· Focus on the sports category by utilizing existing resources to efficiently identify and assess wholesalers and distributors as potential partners for brands. /pp· Proactively identify and evaluate new suppliers within the sports category to ensure competitive pricing and reliable inventory support for leading brands. /ppstrongPrice Negotiation and Contract Signing /strong /pp· Drive pricing and MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) negotiations specifically for sports brand products, enabling small-scale trial purchases while laying the groundwork for long-term bulk procurement partnerships. /pp· Align procurement terms with SHEIN#39;s strategic priorities by securing competitive pricing, timely delivery, and flexibility, with a focus on sports brand merchandise. /ppstrongMarket Insights and Demand Forecasting /strong /pp· Analyze trends in the EU sports market, focusing on identifying potential best-sellers from leading brands. /pp· Develop and optimize procurement strategies based on market demand and consumer feedback. /pp· Monitor sports category inventory levels to ensure an efficient supply chain aligned with platforms sales targets.
/pp· Collect and analyze customer feedback to understand market needs and tailor procurement strategies accordingly. /ppstrongSupply Chain Collaboration /strong /pp· Collaborate closely with the global procurement team and cross-functional departments to streamline procurement processes and improve logistics efficiency for sports category products. /pp· Oversee supplier performance to ensure consistent service quality and drive continuous improvement, with a focus on partnerships involving major sports brands. /pp· Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency (e.g., on-time delivery, seller success rate) and collaborate on continuous improvement efforts. /ppstrongJob Requirements /strong /pp· 5+ years of procurement, business development, or vendor management experience within the sports industry. /pp· Strong network of established connections within wholesaler and distributor networks. /pp· In-depth knowledge of EU sports wholesale procurement processes, with the ability to swiftly engage suppliers and establish effective partnerships. /pp· Exceptional negotiation skills to secure best terms for pricing, MOQ, and delivery conditions. /pp· Strong market insight to identify trending best-sellers and optimize procurement strategies effectively. /pp· Flexibility and strategic planning skills to manage both small-scale and large-scale procurement needs seamlessly. /p
