p This leading technology developer urgently seeks an AI Software Research Engineer – Agent Systems to be based at their R+D Centre in Pisa. The AI Software Research Engineer – Agent Systems will be responsible for the research and development of next generation AI and ML systems used in the automotive industry worldwide. The AI Software Research Engineer – Agent Systems will be responsible for agent workflows, agent orchestration, agent optimisation and agent communications. The AI Software Research Engineer – Agent Systems will be developing AI workflows combining AI Agents, LLM's and external tools to improve embedded engineering productivity and quality. p Having completed your PhD, you will have gained several years of experience, and a strong foundation, in software engineering principals and machine learning techniques.
You will be comfortable using C++ and Python aimed at ML and LLMs. You will be familiar with AI agent frameworks, orchestration, optimisation and / or workflows and exposure to retrieval-augmented generation technology and any research publications in AI for Software Engineer or intelligent systems would be beneficial. /pp The successful candidate can expect a dynamic, inclusive work environment coupled with the flexibility needed for a full work – life balance.
