p Electrical Engineer p Location: Rho, Italy (near the metro station) /pp Contract Type: Full-time, On-site /pp Working Hours: 09:00–12:45, 14:00–18:00 /pp Compensation: 60,000-70,000€ /pp Role Descritpion /pp We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to play a critical role in the electrical design, power conversion, and system integration of battery stacks and containerized energy systems. This position is intended for an experienced professional who will act as a technical reference for electrical architecture, power electronics integration, and robustness of both stack modules and container-level systems. The role sits at a key interface between component-level electrical design and overall system integration. The Electrical Engineer will work closely with the Head of Product and the automation team, ensuring coherent integration of power conversion units, electrical distribution, protection systems, and control interfaces. /pp The position combines hands-on electrical design, system engineering judgment, and cross-functional coordination, supporting the transition from laboratory and pilot-scale systems to industrialized containerized solutions. /pp Responsibilities /pulli Lead electrical design of battery systems (power distribution, wiring, interfaces)



/lili Define electrical architecture at stack and container level /lili Design and integrate power conversion systems (DC/DC, DC/AC, bidirectional) /lili Collaborate with automation engineers on sensors, actuators, and communication interfaces /lili Interface with Head of Product on system layout, integration, and scalability /lili Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety, and grid requirements /lili Perform analyses on power flows, efficiency, losses, grounding, and protection systems /lili Support DFM, DFA, and serviceability from an electrical perspective /lili Define electrical standards, guidelines, and best practices /lili Support prototyping, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting /lili Contribute to product roadmap and system-level decisions /li /ulp Qualifications /pulli MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Power Conversion Engineering, or related field /lili6+ years in electrical design of complex systems (energy storage, power electronics, or similar) /lili Strong experience in power conversion and electrical system architecture /lili Experience with grid-connected systems and standards /lili Experience in multidisciplinary RD and Engineering environments /lili Strong problem-solving and engineering judgment /lili Ability to combine hands-on work with system-level thinking /lili Excellent written and spoken English /li /ul /p
