**FRONT SERVICE AGENT (BELLMAN) INTERN** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the team in welcoming guests upon arrival to the hotel in a courteous and prompt manner
- Learn to deal with guests' requests and needs efficiently and effectively
- Support colleagues in ensuring a high quality service for guests and visitors at all times, understanding and anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations
- Support to the team in complaint management
- Manage the information to be given to guests relating to the structure and city of Milan with the team’s support
- Get acquainted with the management and booking of transfers and taxis
- Operational coordination with the Lifestyle team regarding check-in check-out
- Help with baggage delivery and shopping bag,



performing the service according to expected quality standards **QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTISE**
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Working computer skills and knowledge
- Able to work calmly & confidently under pressure Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tirocinio formativo/stage
Durata contratto: 6 mesi Retribuzione: €600,00 al mese Agevolazioni: - Supporto allo sviluppo professionale Disponibilità: - Turni Lingua: - Inglese (Obbligatorio)
