pstrongStern Energy Spa /stronga leading service company for utility-scale and industrial photovoltaic power plants, with 6 subsidiaries across Europe, more than 250 employees, and 2.0 GW assets under management, is looking for a: /ppbr / /ppstrongIT Specialist – ERP Support /strong /ppbr / /ppto provide functional and technical support for our ERP systems. /ppThe ideal candidate has some years of hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as strongIFS, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, or NetSuite /strong, and is comfortable working in an international environment requiring strongC1-level proficiency in both English and German /strong. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /ppbr / /pulliProvide day-to-day support for ERP systems to end users /liliAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related issues across business functions and countries /liliSupport ERP users by providing guidance, training, and maintaining documentation /liliCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into potential ERP improvements /liliAssist with ERP enhancements, system upgrades,



and new module implementations /liliCoordinate with external vendors and consultants when needed /liliEnsure data integrity, system reliability, and compliance with IT standards /liliCreate and maintain technical and functional documentation /li /ulpbr / /pp­strongEssential requirements and skills: /strong /ppbr / /pulliStrong understanding of ERP processes (preferred procurement, supply chain, operations and maintenance) /liliExperience in ERP configuration, troubleshooting, and user support; /liliVery good analytical and problem-solving skills; /lilistrongC1 level proficiency in English and German /strong (spoken and written) /liliAbility to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongNice to Have: /strong /ppbr / /pulliMore than 2 years of experience supporting ERP systems /liliExperience with ERP integrations and reporting tools /liliBackground in IT support, application support, or business systems analysis /liliExperience working in an international or multicultural environment /li /ulpbr / /ppSalary: €33,000–€35,000 gross per year (placement within the range will depend on experience, skills, and seniority level). /p
