p Electrical Engineer | Milan p Professional responsible for the design, review, and support of electrical systems for industrial projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety requirements, and operational reliability. /pp Your Role /pulli Design and review electrical systems for industrial projects. /lili Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle. /lili Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards, regulations, and safety requirements. /lili Support engineering, commissioning, and operational activities. /li /ulp Your Responsibilities /pulli Develop and review electrical documentation, including SLDs, load lists, cable schedules, grounding, and lighting layouts. /lili Prepare and manage technical specifications, datasheets, Material Requisitions (MRs), and Technical Bid Evaluations (TBEs). /lili Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure technical compliance. /lili Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting activities. /li /ulp Requirements /pulli Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. /lili At least 4 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in industrial, energy, EPC, or infrastructure projects.
/lili Proven hands-on experience with ETAP for electrical system studies and analysis is a mandatory requirement. /lili Good knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems, protection systems, grounding, and excellent written and spoken English. /li /ulp What We Offer /pulli Permanent employment contract under the Italian CCNL Commerce and Tertiary Services. /lili Opportunity to work on international and multidisciplinary engineering projects. /lili Professional growth within a collaborative and technically driven environment. /lili Work location: Milan, with occasional business travel based on project requirements. /li /ulp The salary range for this position is €35,000–€42,000 gross per year. /pp The position is offered under the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce and Tertiary Services, as applied by our company. /pp Final compensation within the stated range will be determined based on the candidate's technical skills, relevant experience, and the outcome of the recruitment process, according to objective and non-discriminatory criteria. /pp For candidates with exceptional qualifications beyond the stated range, a salary review may be considered subject to internal approval. /p /p
