Enthusiastic Senior Application Engineer to bridge engineering requirements with business solutions in Bosch Rexroth Oil Control. You will shape hydraulic systems for major OEMs and lead advanced circuit design, simulation, and project lifecycle management. You’ll work closely with R&D; to influence product roadmaps and drive high‑impact, technically challenging initiatives. This role offers exposure to global customers and international exhibitions, with a clear impact on time-to-market and system performance.

- Oversee system design requests and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Design advanced hydraulic circuits and electro‑hydraulic control interfaces
- Lead circuit and system simulations to validate solutions prior to implementation
- Collaborate with R&D; on new product development and market insights
- Provide high‑level technical support and coordinate urgent field interventions
- Manage full lifecycle of complex custom projects, including budgeting and risk
- Develop high‑level relationships with major OEMs and stakeholders
- Identify technology packages for targeted vertical markets
- Mentor junior team members and lead Customer Tech Days; represent the company externally
- Support audits to ensure quality and regulatory compliance
Responsabilità
- Master's Degree in Engineering
- 7-10+ years in hydraulic systems for mobile equipment
- Mastery of hydraulic valves and integrated manifold systems
- Deep knowledge of electro‑hydraulic systems for mobile machinery
- Strong electronics and Fieldbus (CAN‑bus) proficiency
- Commercial acumen with experience in technical sales or a commercial setting
- Advanced computer literacy; MS Office and essential MRP/ERP experience
- Professional English and Italian (spoken and written)
