p Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a Contact Center Product Owner in one of our opportunities in the IT Digital industry in Milan (Hybrid)?p Your missions? /pulli Act as the functional owner of Contact Center platforms, with a primary focus on Genesys Cloud. /lili Support business stakeholders by explaining platform capabilities and identifying the most suitable contact center solutions. /lili Act as the main liaison between business teams, regional teams, internal IT and external technology partners. /lili Translate business requirements into functional platform solutions while considering technical constraints. /lili Coordinate incidents, platform changes and enhancements, validating solutions from a business perspective. /lili Maintain and update functional documentation, user guides and platform knowledge. /lili Drive user adoption through training, communication and best practice sharing across markets. /lili Lead Contact Center initiatives and innovation projects, including AI-driven capabilities, ensuring successful delivery and business value. /li /ulp Your profile? /pulli Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or equivalent experience. /lili At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or in Contact Center technologies. /lili Knowledge of Genesys Cloud, Agile methodologies, APIs and contact center operations. /lili Professional proficiency in English (B2/C1). Italian fluent. /lili Strong stakeholder management, communication skills and ability to work in an international and dynamic environment. /li /ulp Nice to have: /pulli Previous experience with AI-enabled Contact Center solutions,
