Being a consultant at Amaris Consulting means positioning yourself as a technical and functional expert in an industrial field but above all being an ambassador of our organization to clients thanks to: - Your interpersonal skills and ability to listen in order to build a strong relationship of trust with our clients and fully understand their challenges and issues.
- Your curiosity and eagerness to learn as we support over 1000 clients from all sectors worldwide. **Your missions**: - Lead the TTLM support service and act as the main interface with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure proper execution of operational activities and follow-up on TTLM processes.
- Maintain and update governance documentation, schedules, and meeting minutes.
- Facilitate TTLM governance meetings and track progress on action plans.
- Manage the Trade Tools Inventory, including tracking deployment, performance, and lifecycle.
- Coordinate with IT and Retail Operations for installation and monitoring of tools.
- Support deployment of new tools and coordinate with Procurement and IT for hardware refreshes.
- Analyze tool usage and performance data and contribute to business case preparation for investments. **Your profile**: - Experience with IT operations coordination and inventory lifecycle management.
- Experience with performance tracking tools and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience with deployment and change management in technical environments.
- Academic background: engineering schools or equivalent technical training.
- Fluent English and Italian.
