From world‑championship motocross tracks to the most extreme enduro terrain, we develop technical solutions for riders who compete, train, and push beyond limits every day.About the role As Media & Communication Specialist – Helmets, you will be responsible for shaping and amplifying the global narrative of Alpinestars helmets.You will translate complex safety technology, athlete performance, and engineering excellence into clear, engaging, and credible communication — connecting Alpinestars with media, athletes, ambassadors, and the riding community.Key Responsibilities: Own and develop the communication strategy for Alpinestars Helmets collections across all riding categoriesTranslate helmet technology, safety standards, testing processes, and innovation into compelling, easy‑to‑understand storytellingEnsure consistency,



accuracy, and credibility of messaging aligned with Alpinestars’ premium positioningManage helmet‑specific press activities, including product launches, press releases, and media kitsCoordinate helmet testing, reviews, and technical briefings with journalists and key opinion leadersAct as a key communication contact for test riders, racing teams, and ambassadorsSupport athlete‑led storytelling, race visibility, and product endorsements while ensuring brand and safety alignment.Collect real‑world rider feedback to strengthen communication and product narratives.Requirements: Solid background in media, communications, ideally within helmets, protective equipment, motorsports, or premium technical productsStrong media network and experience working with technical, product‑focused storytellingAbility to communicate complex engineering and safety topics with clarity and authorityStrong interest in helmet technology, safety innovation, and rider protectionDetail‑oriented, precise, and credible communicatorComfortable working with engineers, athletes, and media at the highest levelConfident representing a premium, safety‑driven global brandProficiency in English is mandatory (C1), a second language is a plusWillingness to travel for race events, product testing, and media activities.Location: Asolo - on site jobSalary package: starting from 45,000€ + meal voucher + welfare
