**Location**:Roma, Via Nizza Il progetto si svolgerà presso gli uffici di Via Nizza, Roma. È richiesta la disponibilità a tempo pieno, dal lunedì al venerdì, con presenza anche il sabato mattina. Il ruolo degli Operatori del Contact Center consisterà nel fornire informazioni agli azionisti in merito ad un importante evento societario. **Responsabilità chiave**:
Le risorse coinvolte si occuperanno di: - Rispondere alle richieste che perverranno da parte degli azionisti
- Fornire un feedback sulla conversazione telefonica **Si richiedono**(and not _Cosa porterai al ruolo?) _if it is possible
- Conoscenza della lingua italiana (livello madrelingua)
- Forti capacità comunicative e interpersonali
- Efficaci capacità di lavoro di squadra
- Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office
- Esperienza pregressa in ambito di Contact Center

The role of contact center operators will involve providing information to shareholders regarding a corporate event. The process will be conducted as follows:
Phone contact Providing feedback about the phone conversation **Key responsibilities** Works within close supervision under clearly defined and established procedures. Completes tasks in straightforward situations with limited ability to modify methods and approaches. **What will you bring to the role?** Proficiency in Italian at a native level Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Effective teamwork skills Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Previous experience in a contact centre environment A keen interest in the financial market and its regulatory framework Knowledge and experience acquired through on-the-job training.
