There is a new, challenging opportunity for an experienced, confident and capable leader to take up the role of Shift Manager. How will you contribute? Reports to the National 3PL Manager Direct Line responsibility for the leadership of c. 13 Warehouse Operatives and 1 Team Leader Provide a focus on; onwards, upwards and outwards Ensure the delivery of contractual KPI’s and budget requirements Ensuring effective communication throughout the operational leadership team; communicating planned requirements providing information on performance, company news and procedures Driving a continuous improvement programme, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness What will you bring? Requires proven warehouse operations management experience above First Line Manager (FLM) level, i.e. proven competence in leading managers who in turn manage hands-on colleagues Must personally demonstrate the key Wincanton values: Trust, Integrity, Togetherness, Proactivity, Passion and Excellence You must have the energy,
