For the strengthening of the HQ in Milan we are looking for a/an:
**Corporate Packaging Specialist** **Main activities**: - Serve as primary point of contact between Corporate Packaging-Marketing team and HQ Product Managers team for preparing the best and correct packaging lay-out of new products - to act pro-actively for good result and in time with new product launch schedule.
- To profitably interact with internal Packaging Designers assisting them in creating the packaging artwork - to act as facilitator and problem solver
- To interact with Operations for the common correct definition or acknowledgement of the packaging elements/ structures
- To check final packaging artworks before supplier activation
- To interact with packaging supplier to manage and approve printing proofs
- Serve as a primary point of contact between Corporate Packaging-Marketing and local subsidiaries, facilitating clear and effective communication channels to ensure alignment and collaboration and correct timing of operations.
- Work closely with Local Subsidiary Marketing teams to understand their needs and challenges, offering guidance and assistance to ensure alignment with corporate branding
- Assist in the creation and adoption of corporate packaging artworks, ensuring brand consistency but meeting the specific requirements of each subsidiary market.
- To check with HQ Product Managers, technical people and other corporate functions, effectiveness of the proposed packaging lay-out. **Skills required**: - 1-2 years experience in marketing support roles,



preferably within a corporate or multinational environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and marketing software/tools
- English mandatory and other foreign language as a plus
