Your Role In assigned sub-industry optimize GP margin by driving category management and marketing for industry-specific BSP products. Define product baskets and regional product/service portfolio as well as manage suppliers. Responsibilities Covering the Role of Industy Market Manager you'll be in charge for:
- Leading product baskets, source products and manage suppliers;- Collaborating with Procurement in order to identify a common strategy in Buying products;- Collaborating with Sales in order to move both procurement and Logistics in the sales direction;- Implementing market know-how and strategies for assigned industry- Managing new campaigns. Your Profile Skills For our Surfactants, Beauty & Care business unit, we are looking for an Industry Market Manager who is eager to put their know-how into action. Our initial offer is a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave,



with the possibility of extension or permanent placement.- Proficiency in AS 400;- Strong in communication and problem solving;- Experience with knowledge of Surfactants, Beauty Products. Experience The person we are looking for holds a degree in Chemistry or a related field and is familiar with Beauty and Care products.- 1-2 years of experience in Surfactants, Beauty & Care Company;- Proven track record with scouting new suppliers; Education An academic background in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields is required. The knowledge of English language (B2 at least) is mandatory.
