ideate, design and mantain new and existing products
- ensure the business and usage growth of the products under their responsibility. **Responsibilities**: - Management of the assigned products so that business objectives are achieved; this includes market researches, business strategy definition, product plans, performance monitoring, depending on the lifecycle stage of the products
- Particular focus on product “growth” initiatives both in terms of business growth (e.g.: new customers acquisition), in close contact with sales and marketing, as well as in terms of product usage
- Collaboration and coordination with different business areas in order to effectively define and carry out the activities of the work plans Key requirements: - Economic or scientific degree or equivalent studies
- At least 5-year experience as a Product Manager or adjacent roles (marketing, client-facing consulting, etc...)
- Business & marketing strategy knowledge: market segmentation, positioning, story-telling
- Experience in the digital solution / business management software industry and in the field of product growth initiatives are considered preferential
- Data-oriented skills: design and measurement of KPIs and definitions of corrective actions
- Leadership,



interpersonal and teamwork skills
