- Location: Center for Converging Technologies (Via Morego 30, Genova)_ We are dedicated to providing equal employment opportunities and fostering diversity in all its forms, creating an inclusive environment **THE ROLE** During **your internship**you will work on a project**in the_ Group of Optical Approaches to Brain Function _coordinated by Tommaso Fellin. The activity of this group is predominantly in the area of_ Neurophotonics._ Your activity will comprise: - **Two-photon microscopy**: - **Functional imaging**: - **Software Development**: - **Image segmentation** And will allow you to develop competences in:
- **Image analysis and Python coding**: - **Neurophysiology and circuit neuroscience** **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- _To be registered as a student in a master’s degree course in the area of Bioengineering or a cognate field_**_ _**_such as_**_ _**_Electronic Engineering or Physics._
- Good command of spoken and written English **SALARY PACKAGE** **No salary paid by IIT (applicants must rely on funding from their University’s Erasmus+ programme)**
