- 1. Ensure, in quantitative, qualitative, and planning terms, the industrial production of the Group's plants throughout the entire supply chain process - operation planning, sourcing strategy, purchasing, procurement, planning, logistic InBound, Manufacturing, Logistic OutBound.
2. Guarantee continuous improvement in efficiency and the reduction of industrial costs through processes and organizational structure. Analyze and prevent internal and external risks related to the supply chain.
Provide the appropriate level of service to meet customer needs by reviewing production footprint and product allocation.
3. Direct and coordinate the operational functions of the supply chain in facilities worldwide through strategy, resource optimization, profitability maximization, deficiency minimization, and KPIs that translate into high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain the budget of the function and ensure that all activities are economically advantageous. Report on cost control and inventory management.
5. Lead and empower a collaborative and high-performance team, strongly oriented towards processes of evolution and transformation, as well as company values.
6. Design, lead, and strategically monitor the supply chain to achieve long-term company goals.
7. Study and implement industrial evolution in terms of technology, industrial layouts, make or buy decisions, promoting the adoption of sustainable processes within supply chains, with particular attention to reducing environmental impact.
8. Ensure workplace safety and compliance with relevant environmental regulations
