**About the Role**
The primary purpose of the position is to set-up, operate and test machines for the production and the packaging of baby/adult diapers, feminine sanitary napkins or similar disposable products, assuring the machine stability and the final product quality that meets the acceptance criteria agreed with the customers.



Key responsibilities will include: - Start-up and test of new machines at GDM premises recording the testing process and the results achieved
- Start-up and tests of new machines/upgrades at customers’ sites ensuring adequate communication with customers and reporting periodically the test/machine status
- Provide technical service to customers supporting their production and maintenance activities
- Train in classroom and on the machine the customer’s personnel about machine operation, process adjustment, machine features and maintenance **What you need to be successful**
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Mechanical / Electro-Mechanical disciplines;
- Previous experience in the technical design of automatic machines;
- Availability for extensive travel;
- Fluent English;
- Familiarity with PC and MS Office;
- Excellent customer and internal communication skills;
- Safety-oriented behavior
- Good team-work skills and good ability to maintain effective relations
