**Join Our Remote Team as Sales Manager with Forex experience** **About Us**:

With over 10,000 satisfied clients worldwide, we offer cutting-edge training and resources to keep traders ahead in the dynamic Forex market. **What You’ll Do**: - Develop and execute strategic sales plan and track performance against goals
- Manage and lead a team of Forex sales agents - set goals and monitor individual and team performance
- Analyze sales data and identify areas of improvement
- Provide sales forecast and report weekly to upper management
- Participate in the hiring and onboarding process of new sales agents
- Ensure compliance with company policies **What We’re Looking For**:
Proven sales experience in Forex or finance (3+ years preferred)
- Strong understanding of trading products (e.g. FX, CFDs, brokers, MT4/MT5 platforms)
- Lead generation & pipeline management - knows how to build, nurture, and close leads
- CRM mastery - efficient in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or custom CRMs
- Data-driven decision-making - tracks KPIs like conversion rate, CPL, CAC, and ROI




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Leadership & Team Skills
- Coaching ability - trains and motivates junior agents to hit targets
- Performance tracking - creates daily/weekly reports, runs review sessions, and manages underperformance swiftly
