As a Manufacturing Technology Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering world-class products that meet our customers' exacting standards. **Responsibilities**: - Consolidate and understand customer requirements regarding pharmaceutical products, ensuring that all specifications and requirements are clearly defined and met.
- Follow product developments from the design phase to production, ensuring that all stages are completed according to quality standards and within the specified timelines.
- Identify, analyse, and resolve problems that may arise during the production process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to find effective and timely solutions.
- Implement improvements to existing manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and product quality.
- Maintain close collaboration with quality, regulatory,



and production teams to ensure project success.
- Monitor and analyse production data to identify improvement opportunities and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure that all manufacturing activities align with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other relevant regulations. **Requirements**: - Proven experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a strong understanding of GMP.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey technical information.
