Could you be the full-time onsite Installation Supervisor in Roma, Italy, we’re looking for? **Your future role** We’ll look to you for: - Supervising on-site activities to ensure compliance with the Project Installation Management Plan,
- Ensuring that all installation activities comply with health and safety regulations and company standards,
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to align installation activities with overall project timelines,
- Managing and organizing subcontractors to maintain high levels of productivity and quality **All about you** We value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: - Experience or understanding of project management principles and practices,




- Knowledge of railway signaling systems and their installation,
- Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations and compliance in an engineering environment,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and interact with stakeholders,
- Proven ability to plan and schedule complex activities
