We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Head Therapist to join our pre-opening team and lead the daily operations of our intimate and elegant Spa. The role will report to the Executive Assistant Manager. Conveniently located adjacent to Rome Termini Station and a short distance from the Colosseum, the 238-room Hyatt Regency Rome Central is a contemporary 5-star hotel offering premium business services and one of Italy’s most dazzling leisure rooftop experiences. The hotel is featuring a SPA, 5 food & beverages outlets and more than 1000 sqm events venues. **Main duties and responsibilities**
- Perform a variety of treatments (massages, facials, body rituals) in accordance with brand standards and guest expectations.
- Supervise daily Spa operations, including scheduling, room readiness, team coordination, and guest flow.
- Act as the main point of contact for Spa guests, offering tailored advice and a warm, professional welcome.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient booking process and lead front desk activities.
- Oversee product stock and support inventory and ordering processes.
- Monitor treatment and retail costs, support budgeting activities, and help optimize the Spa’s profitability.
- Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and wellness standards.
- Coach and support the Spa team,



ensuring alignment with the values of care, attention to detail, and guest satisfaction.
- Propose enhancements and contribute to the development of new treatments and seasonal offerings. **Skills and requirements**: - Proven experience as Spa Therapist.
- Mandatory Three-Year Aesthetics Diploma
- Bachelor degree in Health Science Clinical Aesthetics
- Certified in massage and skincare treatments will be a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a guest-centric attitude.
- Proactive, organized, with the ability to monitor performance indicators.
- Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English.
- Work weekends, holidays and on shifts when required. **What we offer**
