**Position**:
As part of the HQ Private Clients Relations Department, the intern will support the team across all high-end clienteling activities both local and global. The position is based in Rome. **Job responsibilities**:
The intern will be involved in the following activities: - Support in the Administrative duties: PO’s, Vendor onboarding, Contracts on time;
- Support in the Logistics: Shipments, Visa, office daily tasks;
- Support in the Fashion Show organization: hotels, cars, hair and make-up, experiences, booking, ecc.;
- Fendi is Rome, Milano & Florence Edition: Support organization and coordination with involved teams plus supplies;
- Support in the preparation of presentations;
- Support in sharing Clienteling best practice among zones. **Profile**: - Business or Fashion degree;
- Passion and good knowledge of the fashion and luxury industry;
- Good use of Microsoft package ( Excel, PPT, etc.. );
- Multitasking, positive, proactive and problem solving attitude;
- Clienteling attitude;
- Attention to details;
- Fluent in Italian and English, French is a plus;A prior experience in a similar role will be considered a plus.This six-months internship will start in November 2025. **Additional information**:
