We are looking for an **EMEA Remote Project Manager Engineering**listed in the **categorie protette (L. 68/99).** **Posizione**: - Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring technical requirements, contractual obligations, and financial objectives are met.
- Define project scope, secure resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
- Drive execution of project plans, meeting milestones, KPIs, and deadlines.
- Identify risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and reporting to senior management.
- Promote best practices and continuous improvement in project management processes. **Requisiti**:
- Degree in Engineering or related technical field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of project management experience in engineering or product development.
- Experience in new product launches and production line transfers.
- Previous exposure to regulated industries (Energy, Automotive, Aerospace).
- Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Project and knowledge of product development lifecycles (Stage-Gate, Agile, Hybrid).
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and leadership skills.
