As a trusted partner to our Sales and Marketing Business Units, Finance plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our affiliate through insight, influence, and innovation. If you're passionate about turning data into strategy and want to be at the center of impactful decisions, this is your opportunity to make a difference. **What You’ll Do**: - Act as the primary financial contact for the Business Units under your responsibility, offering end-to-end financial support.
- Lead and contribute to short-, mid-, and long-term forecasting for Sales and Opex.
- Deliver insightful reporting—both quantitative and qualitative—to support business performance.
- Provide value-added financial analysis to guide strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- Support month-end close activities and analytics across the affiliate.




- Continuously enhance financial planning and reporting by embracing digital tools, automation, and AI to drive efficiency and compelling data storytelling.
- Uphold fiduciary responsibilities: - Ensure robust support and controls during monthly closings.
- Guide the business in adhering to financial policies and procedures.
- Maintain strong internal controls and compliance standards. **Requirements**: - 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or consulting within a multinational environment (international experience is a plus).
- A university degree in Economics, Finance, or Engineering (MBA is a plus).
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
