- Hybrid **Fluent in English and Italian** IT Project Management Extensive experience in planning executing and monitoring complex IT projects specifically focusing on infrastructural aspects Deep Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of infrastructural technologies including networking systems cloud computing cybersecurity and storage architectures Leadership and Team Management Proficient in leading technical teams fostering their performance assigning tasks and ensuring project objectives are met within designated timelines Effective Communication Excellent communication skills adept at interfacing with technical teams and engaging nontechnical stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of needs and objectives Planning and Resource Management Skilled in creating detailed plans efficiently allocating resources and managing project budgets to maximize effectiveness and profitability Examples of past experience Responsible for managing IT infrastructures for strategically significant projects Oversaw the migration of legacy systems to cloud solutions Successfully led the planning and implementation of new IT infrastructures **Skills**
