**Job Description** Warranty Assessor** **40 hours per week** **Milan, Hybrid** **Are you an automotive fan? Have you gained experience in a position related to handling warranty cases? MSXI has the job for you!** MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Warranty Assessor to join our team in Milan. **The Role**
- Manage day by day warranty claims and/or pre-approval according with daily workload;
- Check claims integrity;
- Check claims correctness according with Customer systems;
- Address claims control according with Dealer behavior and deficiency;
- Self-assessment on managed cases on weekly basis;
- Communicate with Customer about cases in analysis;

- Flexibility and problem-solving ability
