- Provide excellent customer service with a strong focus on CRM, clienteling, and after-sales processes.
- Uphold company standards at all times, supporting visual merchandising, stockroom activities, and cash desk operations.
- Stay up to date with collections, demonstrating deep product knowledge and a proactive, constructive attitude. **REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in premium fashion (RTW experience preferred).
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills; energetic, responsible, and autonomous personality.
- Fluency in Russian and English required. **OFFER**
