Our Client is a leading international Company operating in the Industrial sector and, in order to strengthen their Product Industrialization Department, they're looking for a Mechanical Engineer – Product Industrialization.

Posizione:

The selected candidate will join the product industrialization team, tasked with translating product design concepts into robust, cost-effective, and producible solutions. This role requires collaboration with the Research and Development, Production, suppliers, and Quality departments to ensure the transition from prototype to mass production and improve the production, performance, and cost of released products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the industrialization of new products from concept to serial production;
- Collaborate with R&D; team to ensure product feasibility and manufacturability;
- Develop manufacturing tools,



based on R&D; and Production requirements;
- Develop solutions necessaries for solving technical issues related to released products;
- Support prototyping validation activities;
- Develop packing for products and spare parts;
- Work with suppliers to define technical requirements and ensure quality standards;
- Contribute to components/product cost optimization;
- Oversight of company activities to ensure the maintenance of ISO 9001 certification.

Requisiti:

- High School Diploma in technical subjects. It’s a plus the Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- Knowledge of mechanical design principles;
- Proficiency with 3D CAD software;
- English, working knowledge.
