BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p.A is a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO).The BSP campus hosts 2 segregated facilities to serve the clients with development from pre-clinical GLP to cGMP manufacturing for clinical and commercial supply of Cytotoxic and High Potent Oncology drugs and Non-Cytotoxic, innovative compounds for Immunotherapy and other therapeutics applications.Facilities designed to handle small and large molecules as ADCs (conjugation and fill finish), Peptides, Proteins, Oligonucleotides and Nano Medicines.BSP is technologically developed to meet the needs of innovators, with its High Containment Facility designed to offer a full range of integrated services aimed to support the entire life cycle of a product, from the formulation and process development/optimization, through scale up/scale down studies
Posizione
Legal Associate:
Provide legal advice on civil, commercial and corporate law matters, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations;
Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements, templates and documents supporting the company’s business activities;
Manage pre-litigation matters involving clients, suppliers and third parties;
Review and refine contractual documentation already drafted internally,
ensuring alignment with applicable legislation and best drafting practices.
Compliance Associate
Support the update, implementation and monitoring of Model 231;
Draft, review and update internal policies and procedures;
Support compliance activities related to Data Protection / GDPR;
Participate in sustainability / ESG projects and initiatives;
Manage compliance & ethics assessments, questionnaires, due diligence and evaluate contractual clauses in terms of its impact.
Requisiti
Master’s Degree in Law (or related disciplines);
Preferably 3–4 years of experience in corporate legal departments or international law firms;
Excellent command of English language (written and spoken);
Knowledge of civil / commercial / corporate law and/or compliance frameworks (D.Lgs. 231/2001, GDPR, ESG);
Strong accuracy, analytical approach, problem-solving mindset;
Ability to operate effectively in structured and complex organizations.
