Our Lead Manufacturing Specialist - Projects and Initiatives is a pivotal role within the Manufacturing organization, responsible for driving process standardization, digital transformation and operational excellence across the enterprise. Partnering closely with Operations and the Digital Technology Department, this role leads the implementation of a unified services blueprint, promotes the adoption of digital tools—including the new MES (Manufacturing Execution System) 4.0 Enterprise system under development—and applies lean principles to enhance productivity, quality, and customer experience. Acting as a central reference point for process innovation, the Specialist ensures a consistent, integrated approach to manufacturing performance and stakeholder engagement. **You will also be responsible for**: - Leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of standardized and digitized manufacturing processes across the enterprise.
- Collaborating with Operations and Digital Technology teams to deploy, optimize, and sustain the MES Enterprise system.
- Driving the adoption of digital tools to enhance productivity, quality, traceability, and data visibility in Manufacturing.
- Defining and digitising key value streams with the highest impact on Manufacturing operations and service delivery.
- Developing and monitoring performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
- Supporting the implementation of the digital operating framework and enable growth through process simplification.
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to ensure integrated and consistent process execution across functions.




- Translating operational needs into high-impact digital solutions by engaging with functional experts and stakeholders.
- Leading change management initiatives, including training strategy, delivery, and user adoption of new digital processes.
- Owning and managing user acceptance testing and provide approvals for key digital and process enhancements.
- Supporting ERP and digital tools adoption across the global Manufacturing organization.
- Leading the digitization of quality management processes, including document control and compliance tracking.
- Managing functional communications, proactively resolve issues, and mitigate project risks.
- Aligning Manufacturing process initiatives with broader organizational priorities and strategic goals.
- Acting as a gatekeeper for global process templates, ensuring consistency and scalability. **Fuel Your Passion** To be successful in this role you will have: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in manufacturing process improvement, digital transformation, or operations excellence.
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution - able to connect long-term vision with practical implementation.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills across all levels of the organization - essential for driving transformation and cross-functional alignment.
