Our Client is a globally established industrial company specialized in advanced machining and precision manufacturing for Automotive sector.

In order to strengthen their Italian Business Unit, we're looking - upon their commitment - for a Project Manager.

Posizione:

The selected Candidate will be responsible for implementing new product initiatives and processes, primarily from the Company Headquarter, and ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into the operations of the Italian plant.

Specifically, he/she will be responsible for the following activities:

- Serving as the primary point of contact for the Corporate Headquarter regarding new product launches and process developments;
- Lead cross-functional teams (Industrialisation, Engineering, Production, Quality, Logistics) from the initial transfer of specifications through to the start of production;
- Ensure full adherence to APQP/PPAP milestones and IATF 16949 standards;




- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, proposing solutions where necessary;
- Provide detailed progress reports to both Local Management and Company Headquarter.

Requisiti:

The ideal Candidate meets the following requirements:

- Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Management Engineering;
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Project or Program Management, preferably in the Automotive sector;
- Familiarity with IATF 16949 standards;
- Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, which are essential for navigating with ease across different levels of the organization.
