The role combines business development and account management, working closely with operations and partner networks to deliver tailored logistics solutions. **Key Responsibilities**
- Develop new business opportunities through active prospecting and relationship building with industrial and commercial clients.
- Manage and expand an assigned client portfolio, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Promote and sell international freight solutions (road,
sea, air, intermodal), including value-added logistics services.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial offers in coordination with the operations and pricing teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure accurate CRM reporting and pipeline management. **Requirements**: - Proven experience in a sales role within freight forwarding, logistics, or transport services.
- Solid knowledge of international freight processes and Incoterms.
- Strong commercial mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong ability to work under pressure, managing urgent requests, quotations, and negotiations typical of international freight operations. **Education and Languages**
