**Freelance Local Tour Host - Verona (Guydeez)** **Location**: Verona, Italy

**Compensation**: €120 per day + performance-based bonuses
**Schedule**: Flexible — choose your own working days and hours About the Role Guydeez is seeking motivated and knowledgeable locals in Verona to host private, personalized walking experiences for small groups of travelers. This freelance opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy sharing their city, engaging with visitors, and creating authentic local experiences.
No professional tour guide license is required — strong local knowledge, good communication skills, and enthusiasm for Verona are essential. Key Responsibilities
- Host private walking experiences for individuals or small groups (typically 3-8 hours)
- Share cultural, historical, and local insights about Verona’s landmarks and neighborhoods
- Adapt each experience to guests’ interests, pace, and preferences
- Ensure a welcoming, well-organized, and memorable experience
- Optional:



host gastronomy or food-focused experiences
- Solid knowledge of Verona’s culture, history, and main attractions
- Fluency in **at least one language** (French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, Chinese, or others)
- Comfortable interacting with small groups of international visitors
- Friendly, reliable, and confident communicator
- Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required
