**Receptionist / Front Office** (M/F/d)**:
**Duties**: - Ensures that the day-to-day operations at the Front Office run smoothly
- Performs all administrative tasks and handles correspondence
- Welcomes and assists guests (check-in and check-out)
- Individually attends to guest requests and manages complaints
- Ensures that office organization operations run smoothly
- Is responsible for professionally and quickly handling incoming reservations
- Is the first point of contact on site for guests
- General assistance activities, including arranging for food and beverages for guests
- Taking and forwarding general questions and requests (by phone and in person) **Your profile**: - At least 2-3 years of work experience in the front office area
- Completed hospitality vocational training
- Professional appearance and outstanding manners
- Outstanding communication skills and a compelling and engaging demeanor
- Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are desirable
- Good Microsoft Office skills and Protel skills
- A can-do attitude, hands-on mentality, and strong solution orientation
